We will review and take appropriate action within 48-72 hours, which may include removal or disabling of access to the allegedly infringing material.


Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification that includes:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  2. A description of the content that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Court in your district, or if outside the U.S., that you consent to jurisdiction in any district where the website owner may be found.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.


Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, NowTicker.com maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are repeat infringers.
